Ryan Ireland
Ryan founded the business in 2016, originally launching as RI Networks before evolving into Rainbow Networks and ultimately Echo. What began with just one van and an apprentice has grown into a trusted, go-to provider across Bristol & Bath for a wide range of industry services.
When he’s not in the office (which isn’t often), Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, catching up with friends, golf & keeping fit and healthy.

Meet our
Account Manager Team
Harvey Reed
Harvey joined the business in 2021 as a resource consultant, but it didn’t take long for his potential to shine through. After stepping into a sales role, he quickly flourished and now manages some of our most valued client relationships.
Outside of work, Harvey enjoys time with family & friends.
Mark Tanner
Mark joined the business in 2020 following an acquisition and quickly became a key part of the team. After a brief break in 2023 to explore IT ventures, he returned in 2025 bringing valuable new skills with him. Today, Mark looks after our most prestigious IT Services accounts, ensuring customers receive the best possible value and service.
Outside of work, Mark runs Keynsham Table Tennis Club with weekly social sessions and competes in the local leagues.
Corey Campbell
Corey is one of the newer additions to the team, initially joining as a lead generator. His drive and ability quickly stood out, leading him to step into an account management role, one he’s truly made his own. Corey is now one of the team’s top performers, building strong relationships and delivering great results for clients.
Outside of work, Corey is passionate about football and enjoys commentating on his local team, WSM AFC. When he’s not pitch‑side or behind the mic, you’ll most likely find him at the gym. In his spare time, Corey also enjoys getting out on the golf course, combining his love of sport with staying active.

Implementation Team
Luke Green
Luke first joined the organisation in 2021, supporting cabling projects before leaving to expand his knowledge in the IT space. He returned in 2024 as an IT Engineer and within just a year, progressed to a Director role. Today, Luke leads our technical services, with a particular focus on Security & Cyber.
Outside of work, Luke enjoys spending time with family, DJ’ing, Skills Development
Josh Loughran
Josh is one of the company’s original team members, starting out as a Data Cabling Engineer in 2018. When he stepped in to temporarily support Ryan with accounts, it quickly became clear he had a real talent for it. He hasn’t looked back since and is now a Director, leading our Cabling & UniFi Infrastructure division.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys time with family, shooting and bike rides.
Shaun Triggle
Shaun leads our PDS subsidiary company and manages the engineering resource across the group. Shaun joined us back in 2017 on a part time field basis and overtime moved into a director role. Now Shaun is critical to the day to day running of the group.
Outside of work Shaun enjoys staying active whether its’ Cycling, playing golf, or hiking all the rambling hotspots. In his down time he is learning Portuguese.

Projects & Support Team
Scott Royal
Scott joined the business following an acquisition in 2020 and now serves as Operations Director for all Projects & Support. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, particularly in telecoms support, Scott plays a central role in keeping everything running smoothly across the business.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys Cycling, Fishing and spending time with the family.
Lewis Rodhouse
Lewis joined the team in 2025 as an IT Support Engineer and has quickly become a valued member of the team. Always approachable and reliable, Lewis is on hand to help customers with their IT queries and ensure everything runs as it should.
Outside of work, Lewis enjoys keeping up with the latest tech, gaming, and spending time with friends and family.
Jack Showering
Jack joined the business following an acquisition in 2020 and has since become our most senior telecoms engineer. With a wealth of experience and a calm, problem-solving approach, Jack is the go-to person for all things telecoms within the team.
Outside of work, Jack is a keen poker player and is part of a prestigious Bristol poker league.
Jim Davies
Jim is our newest member of the team and brings with him extensive IT knowledge from various positions he’s had in the past with other MSPs. Welcome Jim.
Outside of work Jim enjoys Powerlifting, keeping up with the latest tech, gaming, cooking and learning to play guitar!
Craig Smith
Craig joined the company back in 2019 however Craig has known Ryan for the best part of 17 years when they started working together for another company. Craig is one of our most valued team members and we’re very privileged to have his experience and expertise on board.
Matt Dent
Matt joins us as a junior engineer mostly working under Craig’s guidance. Matt is already showing great promise, and a bright future is ahead of him
Jordan Peters
The running joke in the office is without Jordan we wouldn’t be here, and its true. As documented in our timeline Jordan was the first ever employee to walk through the door. Jordan was Ryan’s first apprentice and stuck with the company through the good and the bad, he has now flourished into one of our best quality engineers.

Finance Team
Bryony Ferguson
Bryony’s story is an incredible one. She joined us in 2022 as our very first apprentice and spent two years developing her skills while completing her apprenticeship. Since then, Bryony has gone on to lead the entire finance operation across Echo and its subsidiary companies — a huge achievement and a reflection of the incredible growth she has shown over the past few years.
Outside of work Bryony enjoys keeping busy with things she loves, like aerial hoop and dance classes during the week after work. In her free time, she enjoys gaming to relax and getting stuck into digital art projects, where she can be creative and have a bit of fun.
