Mimecast provides protection against a wide range of email threats, using AI-powered detection to identify phishing, ransomware, malware and sophisticated business email compromise attempts before they can cause harm.
The solution also scans attachments, checks URLs and helps prevent impersonation attacks. Protection extends beyond incoming messages, helping identify compromised accounts and suspicious activity within the organisation.
Echo also provided ongoing IT Support, giving the team access to our IT Helpdesk for unlimited remote support, with on-site assistance available when required.
Having access to PJ Cabs’ Microsoft 365 environment allows Echo to properly manage and support Mimecast alongside the wider IT setup, rather than treating email security as a standalone system.
